Vintage mixed knit top

Vintage long sleeve top/sweater in a mix of open knits. Sleeves are a knit mesh and body is a pointelle leaf design. I found one small irregularity as pictured. Feels like cotton. Best fits small-medium. Flat measurements approximately PTP 19” Shoulder 15.5” Length 20.5”
