Vintage mock shirt dress in off white cream with embroidered cutout pattern S

Hits at or just below knee. 60s or 70s. Union made. Wool blend. Off white cream color. Amazing with tights and heels, better with block heel knee high boots. Excellent vintage condition with one tiny mark on collar (see photo) that can almost certainly be washed off. Modern day small.
