Vintage nautical blouse

Really cute rare nautical navy blue blouse top! Features an elegant anchor design with nautical rope and wheel intertwined. Looks very 80s/90s ritzy yacht club rich people. I cannot understand the (Asian writing) on fabric content tag, but it feels like a silk blend. It is a woven fabric and super soft! There is no size tag, but in my opinion would fit about a large. Would also fit a size medium for an oversized boxy look. I have added measurements above in photos for a more accurate fit. Brand is DIAS. Top has a Back keyhole opening at the top with fabric button loop. Has an extra button sewn into interior tag. Also has hidden Interior shoulder snaps. I’m not sure if this is to hold bra straps in place, or if it is to shorten the sleeve length. Would work for both. In great condition! It does have a few smudge marks on the front as shown in photos. I pulled this out of storage to take photos so I’m not sure what it is. Looks like maybe just dust or dirt rubbed up against it. I believe it will come out in the wash.
