Navy dress with pleated skirt, zip up the back, short sleeves, belt loops but no belt The zipper has pulled away from the fabric at the waist No size available, but I'm 5'4", 125 lbs, and normally wear a size 4-6 It fits me at the waist but is large at the bust (I'm a 34A).
