Vintage navy blue coat

Lovely coat…No size or fabric label inside. I believe it’s wool. It’s fully lined and has side pockets. A little discoloration around the neck and in lining…probably needs cleaning. It belonged to my aunt so am guessing it’s a size 12 or 14?? Please let me know if you’d like measurements.
