Vintage navy blue heels

These navy/ royal blue heels are so cute! I would guess they are from the 1970s. Rich navy almost royal blue wooden base and leather vamp are in pretty good vintage condition. There are a few cuts in the leather see last picture. The size is listed as an 8 but would better fit a modern day 7. About a 2.5” heel.
