Vintage navy blue polka dot and yellow orchid dress from JC Penny Fashions

This is an awesome vintage dress from JC Penny Fashions. Stretchy elastic waist, flirty skirt, boat neckline with ties on short, capped sleeves. Fun white polka dots mixed with gold orchids and stripes of pink, blue and purple. Just all-around rad and funky late 1970s vibe. Fits like small/medium, but there are no sizing tags so please pay attention to flat measurements. The waist is elastic and measured as such, but has additional inches of stretch w/o losing the dress shape. See photos for details! Approximate measurements: pit-to-pit: 16" shoulder to hem: 34"
