Vintage navy silk blouse with tied collar

Small vintage silk blouse in excellent condition. Blouse is navy with small white polka dots and larger, darker navy polka dots behind the white. Features fabric-covered buttons and a short collar tie that can be tied in a knot or bow. No tags, brand and age unknown.
