Vintage necklace 12k gold filled leaf faux pearls dainty leaves fall autumn

This beautiful dainty vintage necklace has a gold tone leaf pendant set with three white faux (?) seed pearls. The pendant is on a fine chain stamped 1/20 12 G.F.
