Vintage needlepoint fire re-work Hold your horses! fiber art gallery wall

This is my version of the “This is fine” dog- I feel like it really embodies our current shitstorm of the pandemic- half of us are making good choices, masking, and getting vaccinated to protect our families and neighbors, and the other half is just like “Hold your horse!” even though the whole damn barn is burning around them. This piece of needlework has lovely stumpwork- 3D embroidery, the specific technique used on the trees is called turkey work, and a raging roof fire I added on with plenty of crewel and fluffy French knot smoke. This is a handmade item that I spent hours of work hand stitching and framing. Please don’t insult me with a low ball offer, it will not be accepted.
