Vintage needlepoint on plastic mesh bag

Handmade vintage funky bag - yarn knitted on plastic mesh and lined with yellow fabric. The handles have the name Irene Osgood stitched in (see pics). Body of the bag is 12”x12”x4”, plus handles on top. Let me know if you have any questions or want more pics. Some water staining on the inner lining (see pic) but you only see it if you pull the lining out.
