Vintage neon floral slip

This vintage slip is very unique in its bright neon floral design! I'm about 💯 percent sure this is a slip but I've always worn it as a skirt. The fabric is light, stretchy, fun and funky! Because the material is stretch and the waistband is elastic I've had xs friends belt it as a cute skirt and L Friends squeeze in for a tighter mini both ways it was super cute and a super unique look!
