Vintage neon top. 80s sheer

Super cute printed top vintage. What can I say about this? It is so totally rad and Super spiffy and cool. The marks are neon and almost look like paint brush style pattern. Size 9/10 on tag but please see measurements as this is a vintage shirt and vintage sizing is different. Approximate measurements are as follows. Flat armpit to armpit 18.5 inches from neck to hem 23.5. This features cute pleated detailing and side neckline and sleeve.
