Vintage John Murrogh dress and suit jacket / blazer. This set is from the early 1990s. John Murrough was a high end designer brand from the period, found in upscale department stores and catalogs. Several of his pieces were worn in TV and movie productions of the period, most notably in Fran Drescher's wardrobe selection for "The Nanny". This set is a leather and metal hardware trimmed, with stretchy bodycon or bandage like construction which is typical for the brand to achieve a perfect fitted look. Dress is a MEDIUM. Jacket is a SMALL. Features metal clasp hardware, with western-ish accents. An amazing piece for a country western theme club or dinner event. I'm a modern 4 to 6 and this set fits me just fine. The bodycon nature gives a wide range of fit and makes it very flattering. This particular set gas a very Gauthier look and feel to it. Dress still has tag attached. Jacket does not. It appears to be new with the tag still attached but I can't be sure. Either way the piece is in excellent condition for a vintage set. A rare find if you're into vintage high quality fashion for sure. Mob wife style stuff, just no fur!
