It’s a vintage oil cloth tote bag It was handmade by the vendor Green floral oil cloth Rubber handles Black plastic trim There is some slight black fading on the back of tote as seen in pics Approximately 11”x 11.5”x4” Rubber handles add a 7” drop Would make a cute lunch tote
