Vintage or Antique Wood Etching of “A Windy Day in Holland”

Want a one-of-a-kind statement art piece? Well, this is it! This wood burn etching depicts a little girl with her skirts blowing in the wind (and look at her little Dutch clogs!). It is titled "A Windy Day in Holland". I don't see an artist's signature on it. It looks like it's comprised of multiple boards stuck together. As you can see in one of the pictures, one of the corners is gaping a tiny bit. Otherwise the piece is in excellent condition. It measures approximately 18" x 12". The back wood shows the age of this piece! This piece of art would be great as part of a gallery wall, especially against a dark colored background.
