Vintage orange with white polka dot midi skirt

This is a beautiful orange midi flare skirt with an elastic stretchy waistline and white polka dot pattern. It is unlined and light weight but not see through! The waist is 13" laid flat and the skirt is 28" long. The tag states it is by Bar III. It is probably about a size 4.
