Vintage paisley and floral dress

This dress has the most beautiful colors, the photos do not do it justice! The fabric is shear, it has batwing sleeves, and a necktie. Length- 43", Waist- 26" (unstretched elastic), Sleeves- 18" (from collar). Belt not included.
