Vintage pantagis peplum polka dot dress

Vintage late 1980’s early 1990’s black and white polka dot peplum dress. This dress gives me strong Pretty Woman vibes or Kentucky Derby vibes. It could be used for so many different events and the structure on the top front of this dress is striking and the shape is extremely flattering on any body type! Tag says 5/6 but that is an old size not a 5/6 in today’s sizing. My mannequin is a size 4. The measurements are Bust 32” Waist 26” Hips 38” total length from top strap to the bottom hemline is 34.5”.
