27 1/2 inches at hip (added a photo so you can see). Waist is hard to be exact as it’s elastic, but 26 inches unstretched and stretches to around 30

@jefffurtado61 the dress doesn’t have the kind of sequins that are sewn on. I’m calling the dress sequined as it’s got that kind of effect, but it’s more of a sparkly fabric?
