Vintage party dress

This beautiful dress was handmade with a beautiful beaded neckline. My best estimate is that it's a Med-Lrg. I took several measurements and included them in the pictures. If you want any other measurements, please just ask! It does have several small stains on it - I have included pictures of them. I am sure this should be dry-cleaned to get the spots off. I bought this dress at a charity event in 1999 and never wore it. I think it is time for it to shine and be worn!
