Vintage homemade gem! I believe this is late 1970’s, early 1980’s era. Dress is in really good condition other than it has been altered under both armpits down the sides to fit. Those seams were hand sewn and can easily be let out or re-sewn better. The halter strap was also hand sewn to the bodice but that can also be let out it sewn better. Ties around the neck. Has a stretchy bust all around (see last 2 pictures for the STRETCHED measurements) the 2 pictures before that are taken UNSTRETCHED. Fits a size large/extra large. No brand or label. No lining or built in slip.

mymuseum @jeanine0425 Hi! I am also a size small and it fits loose on me. I would check the measurements just to make sure it will fit you the way you want it to. You can also tie a pretty ribbon around your waist to cinch it more if you needed to, which is what I do with a lot of my bigger dresses and they are so cute! I hope that helps!
