Vintage patchwork style long cotton hippie skirt

This skirt is beautiful, but sadly no longer fits. I bought it at an upscale hippie thrift shop in Haight-Ashbury while visiting San Francisco. There is no brand, but a size tag says 9-10. I included pictures with measurements because the fit is very small. Maybe a 9-10 in junior's but definitely not 9-10 in women's. The design is not actual patches stitched together, but instead a patchwork printed fabric. The material is a heavy and stiff, but soft cotton. Could be worn many different ways!
