Vintage patty O’Neil polyester dress.

Cute little summer dress with float bottom, it says it’s a size 11 but I think it’s a size 6-8. It’s got piling but seems to be in good shape. There is one spot I found where it may need to be stitched. The straps seem a little rough as well.
