Vintage peacock design clutch

Beautiful clutch.. with concealed handle. I’m not sure of the history of the clutch but is looks handmade and the feathers look real. (Don’t quote me it’s just my opinion). It’s a beautiful piece with beautiful detailing and colors. I notice a spot where it may be a little damaged( see pic) Clasp opening
