hilliarddolores @ktilford88 If you gently rub a pearl on your tooth..and it feels gritty like sand they are real..if they feel smooth against your tooth they are faux..any blemishes on the Pearl's indicate genuine..if Pearl's are all perfect no natural blemishes they are more likely faux...let me know.
