Vintage? peasant style shirt medium

I don't know a lot about this shirt. I'm not sure if it's handmade or not but I'm going to assume probably not due to the hems but I could be wrong. It's likely at least a 90s vintage. There's no tags or stickers. I would say it would fit a women's medium pretty well, and could work with a small for a looser fit. I can provide measurements if you'd like. Very soft material, feels a bit like a jersey knit. It's a medium tan color.
