Vintage pink cherries lace hem half slip GB1

Unique vintage half slip needs some help! Could be cut and perfect lace reused. Flaws include: Black mark near waist Needs to have elastic waist replaced, is hanging by threads and is warped A little wrinkled from storage. Has slits on either side through the lace. No size listed. No tags. Measurements (taken with garment lying flat): Waist 12-18" Hip 19.5" Length 25" Lace length 6.5" I do my best to note any flaws. From a household with a cat and a dog. 🙀
