Vintage pink shiffon ruffle midi dress by I.Magnin, size 40

This dress is great but tragically too small for me. Would be great as a dress for a wedding guest! Tag says size 40, but it fits more like a modern size 8. There are 2 tiny holes (pictured) on left arm. Original belt missing; belt in first picture not included. Apx. measurements: 19 inches armpit to armpit 14 inches across the waist 21 inches across the hips 46 inches long shoulder to hem I live in a smoke and pet free home.
