Vintage plaid 1960s 1970s 1980s A Line fit flare skirt handmade retro Christmas

Excellent Used condition EUC vintage plaid skirt. It is hand made and there are no tags to indicate size or material. I would guess it to be a size small and a wool and/or acrylic blend. I believe it to be from the 1960s, but could easily be 1970s or 1980s as well. Colors in the plaid are red, green, blue, black, yellow & white. Waist: 28” Hips: free Length:25”
