Vintage plaid cotton button down dress with puff cap sleeves and pockets, S

Vintage cotton plaid button-down dress with short puff sleeves and pockets. There are belt loops but no belt. The mannequin’s measurements are 34/26/36, with a B cup. The dress is a good snug fit on her. The fabric isn’t stretchy. Center back length 32”. This dress is in very good vintage condition, except that the underarms seem to have been scrubbed. There aren’t underarm stains there, but that area is faded compared to the rest of the dress. (See last two photos.) From a smoke free and pet free home.
