Kilt buckles on both sides, so is slight adjustable.
Marked as a vintage 10, fits like a xs-s
Pin has a bit of rust like spots on it as pictured, otherwise excellent used condition.

Waist is 14” across laying flat
(if on the last hole, you can maybe get another 1/2 inch)
