Vintage plaid pencil skirt

High waisted, vintage pleated pencil skirt with front flap and back zipper. The tag says size 8 but it runs small so please note the measurements. (Fits more like a 2 or 4) The waistband does have some stretch. Flairs out some at the hips so could be cut and hemmed into an Aline mini
