Vintage plaid skort high waist

Philadelphia made and designed vintage skort. I very much wish this fit me! It's amazing. A light blue, pool blue, navy blue, and yellow plaid combo of your dreams. 27in waist, high rise. It's marked as size 12 but that is vintage sizing so it would be about a size 6 or 4, check the waist measurement with your own. There is a slit that reveals the shorts as you walk! super cute! 19inches long. One tiny tiny stain on the front, last pic.
