Vintage plaid wool pencil skirt

Navy, red and tan vintage plaid pencil skirt. So adorable! I no longer need to dress up for work so just clearing out some of my closet. Says size 10 but fits more like a 2/4 or 26/27. There is some stretch in the waistline due to the elastic along the back. I’m 5’8” and this hits right at my knees when wearing at my high waist.
