Vintage pleated fit and flare dress

This black dress has buttons on the side with a little pleated side. There's a zipper on the side and the fabric is kinda shiny. There's two small string handles for a belt. On the top, the collar has two points and the sleeves are folded. It's a size medium, it has very little wear but nothing noticeable.
