Vintage Express cocktail dress with pockets!! Cute ruffles on chest and pleats at waist. Ties in the back. Side zipper. Armpit to hem is 27” (ties in the back so it can fit smaller waists. Hip are 18” across front Silky and soft. Lined and washable! No holes, stains, tears and come from a smoke free home. Super cute but can fit anymore. 😔
