Vintage polka dot blouse

The most incredible vintage blouse. Reminds me of Betty boop of Shelly duval! Pictures don’t do it justice but it’s incredibly flattering— form fit with a pretty puff sleeve. Slight scuffing on one of the cuffs but other than that in beautiful condition. Feels like silk but I can’t be sure.
