Vintage polka dot dress

V-neck rusty/maroon colored dress with black polka-dots. Size XL. Single-stitch around the sleeves. There is a built-in blouse inside. Perfect for swing dancing! The seem is starting to come undone just a little by the shoulder (see pics).
