Vintage polka dot maxi dress

Very vintage polkadot dress. It does not have a size tag but the pit to pit is 20 inches making it a medium/large. It has a string in the back to tighten and buttons in the front. Since this is a very vintage piece, there are some minor imperfections. I tried to picture them as best as possible. The dress does have pockets
