Vintage polka dot ruffle shirtdress

Vintage Baileyblue black and white polka dot dress in great condition, purchased in a vintage store in New p Orleans and never used. This dress has a shirtdress collar with a v-neck and two black buttons framed by ruffles. Cap sleeves and a natural-mid waist that flows out with plenty of fabric to make this dress worth twirling in. It has a lining fabric with tulle at the bottom. Size medium, fits like a size 4 and hits above my knee. Laying flat it measures: 19" across the armpits 14.5" across the waist 27" armpit to hem 37" from back of collar to hem From a smoke-free, cat friendly home.
