Vintage polyester 70s “denim” women’s shirt

Polyester “denim” looking shirt with silver buttons and orange piping. Fake pockets at breast. 70s. Some pilling but overall good vintage condition. Size too light to read in photos - it says size 16 but I’d say it’s a modern Medium. Belt not included - for styling reference only. Refer to close ups for color reference.
