Vintage polyester miniskirt with dining motif

Vintage from 1960s or maybe 1970s. Polyester miniskirt in yellow, green, blue, and an orange-red. Print seems to depict people at a restaurant. Says it’s a size 10, but it’s more like a 6 by today’s sizing standards. Interior lining is boy-shorts. Seam on one side has a tear, as shown in photo. Large pocket on front of skirt.
