Vintage/ possibly antique HAIR RECEIVER, ceramic , hand painted, floral

Hair receiver, ceramic, floral, great shape. No chips. They were used in Victorian days up until 1950’s. Don’t know age , not marked on bottom. Saved their hair to make RATTS, to have big hair. The rim on the bowl has wear but no chips. It sat on a woman’s dressing table. I would love to know the bowls history ♥️ 3” tall 4” wide
