Vintage, printed black velvet crop jacket with gorgeous detailing

This could be hand made…there is no garment tag, but exceptional quality. The lining is so cute. It’s black cotton eyelet. This is definitely a size small with 3/4 bell sleeves. Peter Pan collar with a darling bow detail on the right side collar. Button front closure with 2 big ornate buttons. These are the specs… length 18.5” width at the bust 16”sleeve length is 18” shoulder to shoulder seam measures 15”
