Vintage purse tortoise shell handle

This is a very beautiful Marilyn style cream/white purse with the tortoise plastic handle. The corners pop open and inside there is a longer optional strand in case you want to hang it on your shoulder. Otherwise they can be snapped off. It needs some tlc as their is wear with this old piece but totally worth it! Note that there is some staining on the white. I am not sure of it can be cleaned, painted by a shop, etc.
