Vintage quilted midi dress with beautiful floral pattern

I bought this second hand and it sadly does not fit. It’s in beautiful vintage condition with a zipper and button closure up the back. The bateau neckline is quite high and I think it’d be better for someone with a smaller bust. It’s a size 12 but please see measurements. The only real condition to note is a previous owner took up the hem and that’s starting to unravel some. Good news if you’re taller you can take it down or it’s an easy fix (does not affect the drape as-is). Sweet side pockets and an unbeatable quilt pattern.
