Vintage quilted multimedia lightweight duster liner coat, women's size L

Lining from a men's size 42 coat, now a cool duster for a guy or gal. 25" pit to pit, 37" from back collar to hem. Top half is diamond-quilted iridescent fabric that shifts from olive-grey to beige (photos are taken with a flash and then without so you get the idea). Bottom half is lightweight charcoal flannel. Very dark grey satin sleeves and a cute pocket accented with iridescent copper paisley fabric. Please note zipper at front was meant to zip liner into a coat so the two sides do not zip together. Small hole at hem of one sleeve (see photo), not noticeable. No brand or fabric content labels. That's me in the last photo, I am 5'10" and a size 10.
