Vintage rainbow plaid gingham skirt

Very sweet vintage skirt with lace hem and elastic waist. Fabric feels like cotton or a cotton/poly blend. Light and soft. In excellent condition. Three small marks (see photos) but not really noticeable when wearing. Best for a size medium but could fit small to large because of elastic waist. Measurements approximate, taken laying flat: waist (resting/unstretched): 12 in waist stretches to 18 in hips: free length: 29 in
