This adorable hooded raincoat is a size Large. The brand is Waterfalls. The lining is Scottish terriers with a red bow. The shell is 76% vinyl and 24% rayon. The sleeves can be worn at length, or rolled up to show the Scottish terrier lining. For measurements, please see pics that demonstrate where I took them. Across the chest is just shy of 23”. The length from the base of neck to bottom is 31”. The length of arm is 22.5” The jacket shows minimal wear, and is ready for its new owner.
